You can use our software for your customer’s projects as long as they comply with our EULA. If you are a developer or a software company, a separate license is required for each of your customers.

2Will I get an invoice for my purchase?
After receiving our offer via email and confirming it, you will receive the invoice containing the details for making the payment through a bank transfer.
3I don't have a VAT number, why can't I make a purchase?
AGDLAB offer products for B2B in EU Zone. Only Legal Entities or Individuals with a VAT number can accept our EULA.
4Can the AGDLAB software be used, either partially or in its entirety, for purposes beyond HMI applications, such as web content, printing, or other projects?
AGDLAB Software is licensed for the exclusive use as HMI application. All the graphical components such as graphics sources as icons and images in format as raster images, Scalable Vector Graphics delivered as part of The Software package, are released for exclusive use as HMI application and cannot be used for other scope.
5Is my subscription automatically renewed?
No, you have the option to opt in during the payment process.
6Can I cancel my subscription and request a refund for my purchase?
We prioritize your satisfaction. If our services or products do not meet your expectations, we offer a refund guarantee within 7 days from the date of purchase. You can request a refund through our contact form.
